Licensing and Distribution Agreements

Many clients do not wish to monopolize their patent rights and the McCallum Law firm often works with clients to sell all or a portion of those rights to third parties. The outright sale of patent rights results in a patent purchase and assignment agreement whereas the sale of a portion of those rights under particular terms and conditions is termed a license agreement.
